Portions, Portions, Portions!

Looking to lose weight and/or gain more lean muscle mass? It is far more effective to spread out your calories throughout the day. Like most, I'm sometimes guilty of eating portions like the one you see on the left in one sitting! I found that consuming roughly 30g of protein per meal works best. Remember portions! If you can visually mash up food and fit it into your hand, it's usually enough.
