What Does 3,500 Calories Look Like?

3,500 calories is equivalent to 1 pound of fat. Losing bad weight takes time and patience. Restricting carbs every day is not the solution - we need it in our diet. Did you know we actually need carbohydrates to burn fat? More importantly, parts of our central nervous system rely exclusively on carbohydrates. Fun Fact: For every gram of glucose we take out of glycogen, almost 3 grams of water go along with it! Diet (Nutrition), Exercise, and Recovery (Rest). It takes all 3 to get rid of the nasty stuff you see in my left hand!
