Recommended Use: Pulling Exercises (i.e. pull-ups, rows, lat pulldowns, etc.). Also functional for: tire flipping, battle ropes, farmer carries, rope climbing, etc.
Tip: When performing any pulling exercise, cling on to the handles/barbell with your fingers instead of gripping with your entire hands to avoid forearm fatigue- this will allow you to train longer. On any pulling motion, all focus should be on your scapula and supporting back muscles.
